Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Final Sale items (including limited-edition drops or items marked “final sale”) are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at americanbornn@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
